Just few hours following the NCsoft Austin layoff news hit the masses, Tabula Rasa's Community Manager, Amy "Critters" Crider, posted on PlanetTR.com reassuring the community that the sci-fi MMO was unaffected and development continues with new content coming soon:

The changes at NCsoft that happened today have nothing to do with Tabula Rasa. We still have all of our staff members and are committed to improving the game, adding new content, and staying as involved with our community as we are now. In Deployment 12 we'll be releasing the beginnings of two large features on to PTS - the Clan Owned Control Point Prototype and the Gauntlet Map (Epic Instance Prototype/Testing Bed) as well as other goodies including new weapons and a thin-slice of pet improvements (will be more on this in our Feedback Friday).

We hope that you will continue to help us make Tabula Rasa even better, continue to send us your feedback and ideas, and tell your friends about us (we do have a free trial)! As you can imagine this issue is very delicate and while we want to set the facts straight, we also want to be sensitive to the needs of those involved.
