Arrow was awakened by a timid messenger knocking on his door. After a short message about a meeting and Rat's capture, he was fully awake. Oh, what to do... what to do... he thought to himself as the messenger left his quarters. Only thing I can do is go to the meeting, and see what the others think. Rat's smart, and powerful beyond us, he should be fine. But these blueprints are the truly troubling matter, and Kael knows we're after them! Makes our previous mission a vain attempt indeed. By now he was fully dressed and armed with a shortsword he had started training with. With the heightened security everywhere, only a fool would walk alone unarmed.

He was the first to arrive in the meeting hall, several hours ahead of schedule, and so he sent for some food and wine. Hunger breeds distraction... well, what doesn't? He considered going through a few attack routines while he waited but the crowded hall hardly seemed the place. And so he waited.

Isaac sat in the meeting hall, calmly waiting, and enjoying some wine he had grabbed from the cellar. Arrow had come in a while ago, but there was no point in starting the meeting without the others, so they waited.

"Once Acadius arrives we'll start this meeting. Do you know of Rat's...Situation?" isaac replied

"Hello everyone," Acadius said as he entered the hall.

"Thanks," whispered Arrow as he became lost in the intricate details of the talon. "Well I'm ready when you guys are."

"Alright now that were all here, we can begin this meeting. Word on the street is that Rat has been captured. He is more than likely being held in the guild duengons, and even now Kael probably toys with him. Rat is strong, but Kael has the dark arts on his side, and Rat presents a significant security breach. If his mind breaks, it's only a matter of days till our plight will be lost. On top of that, I am certain Rat had the blue prints for Kael's sword with him. If that is the case, that means the sword is back in Kael's hand, and doom appoaches.
So now we need to ask ourselves: What shall we do? I vote we try and rescue Rat, and worry about the sword later. However, that would require a large distraction, and we don't exactly have the man power to throw away. Any thoughts?"

"What do you mean "no man power?"" "If we spawn a mana well near one of the four towers, i could drop a tower into an abyss."

"And about the blueprints, i'm fairly certain that they are somewhere in this hall. I'm not 100% sure about it, but i think they are."

"Well Issac...this does seem to present a problem, we need the blueprints and Rat... but how to get them both with one raid?" Jason asked, speaking the last part almsot as if to himself.
"I suggest that you, Acadius and anyone else you trust to help you in this mission, help you tou rescue Rat. I will try and recover the blueprints from Kael, with one or two peoples help, any volunteers?" Jason spoke again now, having tossed Acadius' blade over to him.
"Also, although i am not a mage Acadius, i believe that dropping a tower into the abyss would provoke some investigation in the guild, and we need all the spy's we have in there now that Rat has been captured.

Kael's visits to Rat's cell had become more frequent with each passing day. This was his third visit today. He walked into the room and went through the usual routine of producing light an a chair for him to sit.

"You are quite the bookworm, Hermes, as I've come to gather" He said as he waved a book which Rat had been studying from. "No doubt you try attempting to translate those runes written on my plans. I may entertain your intrigue."

Kael stood up, straightened his robes and cleared his throat.

"When combined with the other unholy pieces, the wearer shall wield the full power of the Dark Lord."

Rat raised his head. "No... you're insane. The Dark Lord..."

"The demon lord banished from this land long ago by the Heroes of old. His second coming is nigh, and with him comes 1000 years of darkness under his dark reign."

Kael closed the door as he left and walked through the hallway away from the dungeons, but the voice of Rat followed him.
"You're mad Kael, You're mad!"

"Well, i guess it would get soe investigation, but i guess we could figure out a different way to get a distraction."

"Hmmmmm.......but how?" Acadius pondered.

"Well, unlike last time we invaded the guild, we cannot use a fire as distraction. We could however, we could possibly release the horses in the stables, or poisen their drinking water..." Jason suggested, not knowing what kinds of magic Acadius or any other resistance members could use.
"By the way Acadius... How do you like the blade i fashioned for you?" Jason asked directly of Acadius, dropping his voice down to a whisper as to not disturb Issac while he spoke.

Isaac contemplated what had been said. "Well first of all, by no man power I meant that if we waste our army in this attack, we will be crushed if the retalliate. The blue prints will be under tighter security than last time, requiring a large distraction....The abyss idea sounds like the best distraction we could get, how long would that take you Acadius?"

"Wouldnt that be easily noticed though?" Jason asked Issac when he too seemed to favour the abyss idea, "And who would give him cover while he conjured up the portal?"
"I would be willing to try and steal the blueprints back... what do you think Issac?" Jason asked.

"Hmmm well maybe Arrow or I could cover him...and yes that would be easily noticed, that was one of the drawbacks I was thinking of...Retrieving the blueprints will be important, but I think rescuing Rat should come first, as that is an imediate threat to the resistance's security."

"I understand... I would be willing to distract the guards in some manner, to give Acadius, you, and Arrow some time to begin the conjuration." Jason offered.
"When will this rescue begin, because these weapons still need to be enchanted." replied Jason as he motioned to the weapons at his feet.

"Excellent question."

Edit: Working all Sunday too. Arrow will be more active tomorrow and such.

"So Acadius, what do you think?"
