Worrying slightly, Rat backons a young apprentice towards him. "young apprentice, I require you to start a fire in the apprentice chamber, say nothing of me" I say to him, using all my communication magic to persuade him. The apprentice's eyes glaze over and he runs away. within minutes a fire has started and panic has filled the room. I smile and run towards the classroom.

Summoning all his power, he sends his messages on the wind.

In the safehouse there is a sudden strong wind, carrying the voice of Rat. "The time is now".

A voice fills the home of Jason. "Now to your purpose, as discussed earlier, my wetworker"

(my character is already coming towards the mages guild, he left his house a while ago)

Jason had arrived at the mages guild just as Rat's voice filled his head telling him that it was time to get to work. Jason nodded to himself and gracefully grabbed the elven dagger, placing it in his belt behind him. With that he started limping towards the guard standing at the gate that led over the moat. "Help me... please." Jason said in a weak voice. The guard stared at him for a moment before turning to try and call out for help, which was when Jason stabed the dagger into the back of the guards throat. The guards call died in his throat and Jason quickly threw his body into the moat, so that nobody would think anything was wrong. He quickly went into the castle courtyard and ducked behind a few barrels as two more guards went past him and started climbing up a ladder that led to the ramparts.

Isaac suudenly felt a strong draft. "Cheap ass theives" he thought, but the he heard a voice. "The time is now" it whispered. Isaac jumped up, and threw his cloak on, ran down stairs to the door, and went outside to the streets. Following back alleys and dark paths, he soon came to the edge of the moat around the guild. He looked at the building. "How the hell am I going to get in?" he thought, as he looked the building up and down for an easy entrance. Luckily, most of the security was running around in a panic, and fire was poking out a few windows. Isaac crosses the moat and ran up to the wall, and waited for an oppertunity to get in.

Jason saw Issac climb up onto the ramparts and he quickly followed the lead of the guards up the ladder. Once he was on the top of the ramparts he killed both guards easliy and desposed of their bodies into the moat below as well. He then whispered to Issac "Go, i'll get the rest of the guards that pose a threat to us out here, but once your inside your on your own my friend." With that said, Jason slipped aaway from Issac and quickly made his way along the wall to a window that seemed to lead into a large circular room. The room was dark, so it was hard to see but it didnt seem like anyone was in there. He slowly opened the window from the outside and crawled through it into the room. He sheather his dagger on his boot again and drew his bow, wanting to stay safe if any guards find him. He saw a guard coming along on the ramparts towards the window and he fired an arrow into his neck. The guard fell and didnt move again. Jason closed the window so that the noise in the courtyard below was cut off and he was in complete silence again.

Rat was now stood at the classroom window. He waved beckoning Isaac and pointed at the small ledge circlng the castle. "shimmy across it, you will find the rope under the window" the voice of Rat whispers again.

Isaac heard the instruction from Rat, and quickly climbed onto the ledge. He worked his way around until he found the rope. He quickly climbed up the rope and into the room. It was some sort of personnal quaters, and it appeared to be empty. Isaac grabed a hand full of gold from the desk and pocketed it. The he walked into the hallway. There was one lone guard walking towards a set of stairs. Isaac snuck up behing him and slit his throat with one of his hidden blades, and then stached the body in the room with the rope. Isaac remebered the small metal balls he had been given earlier, and took one out. He noticed the fuse on one side. "It's a bomb" he thought. He looked down the stairs, and it sounded like there was a small group of guard and servants moving at the bottom of the stairs. "Time to break up the party" he said, and he light a match and started the fuse. He dropped the bomb down the stairs, and in a few seconds he heard a loud explosion and cries of agony. He looked towards the other end of the hallway and saw a stairwell that went up. Hearing more guards below, he decided his best bet was higher ground, and he turned and ran upstairs.

Ok, sorry i'm late, i had to murder some pea........don't worry about it

Casting a shadow upon himself, Rat ran with haste towards Master Strider's chamber. "Carry on up, my room is at the top, light the fuse and climb out of the window. you will find a rope to climb down".

Upon entering Master Strider's room, Rat finds Kael pocketing a package. Rat pulls out his club and whacks Kael on the head, knocking him out. he pockets the package himself before diving out of the window into the moat.

While waiting outside, Acadius notice Rat jump out of the building and uses telekinesis to slow his fall and keep him from committing suicide.

As Isaac ran up the stairs, two guards ran into him on thier way down. He quickly drew his short sword and dodged their first swing at him. He grabbed the first warrior's arm and threw him down the stairs. The second soldier lunged at him, but he dodged the strike and stabbed him in the back. The first soldier seemingly knocked out, Isaac continued to climb the stairs, and eventualy came into another hallway with doors on either side. "How the hell I am supposed to find this schematic? This place is freakin huge...HopefullY Rat and Jason are having better luck"

a group of 4 guards accompanying a magician run up the stairs behind Isaac. "Halt, intruder" the Magician growls, his hand crackling with the electrical power he was mustering.

In all the panic outside Arios was left alone at the gambling table, his old friend leaving to investigate. Guess that's my cue, he thought to himself. He sneaked out of the room and donned a mask, his face well known here. He had no weapons but he knocked out a couple guards with a heavy board and ran up the ladder. He saw a guard take an arrow through the throat and a window close. Well there's one,he thought. Now where the hell are the others?

Time ticking by, Arios entered through an open window and found himself in a classroom. "Gotta be somethin' in here," he muttered. Taking some books off the shelves and lighting a match, Arios started another fire for the Mages to deal with. Quickly he ran out of the room and down the hall, coming to a sudden stop before he barreled into a group of guards and servants. Just as they pointed at him however, they exploded! Each being horribly mutilated or sent to immediate death.

Overcoming his surprise and regaining his feet, Arios ran up the stairs now free of guards. As he reached the next floor he was shocked to see it deserted completely, Luck is with me tonight. He started searching rooms for anything of value but the first room he opened had nothing more than a dead guard. Taking the sword off the corpse, Arios closed the man's eyes and then left the room. Seeing no more point in worldly riches he turned down the hall and sprinted for the staircase at the end. Can only go forward from here.

On the stairs Arios found two more dead guards and a lot of blood, I'm really getting sick of this part! On the next landing he saw a small familiar figure, "Isaac! Where do we go from here?"

Isaac spun around to the mages' threat. The mage looked at him cruely, lightning crackling from his hands. The guards looked both amazed and fierce, and Isaac knew he was in a bind. Suddenly, Arios ran up the stairs and said something to Isaac. The Mage in the guards turned, and in that split second Isaac foccussed his magikal power. The room went pitch black. Isaac lunged forward and killed the four guards with his hidden blades, and then grabbed the mage from behind and slit his throat. Suddenly the torches flickered back to life, and Isaac was left standing among a pile of bodies.

"Ok, that was probably the scariest thing I've seen this year," Arios said as the light flooded back into his world. "Or it would have been, if I had seen anything." Forcing a nervous laugh for his own benefit he turned back to Isaac. "So where too now?"

Rat swam to land and climbed out of the moat. Cold and shivering, he nodded at Acadius smiling "thanks for the help." he said. Rummaging through his pocket, he found the package which was surprisingly dry. He opened it and stared at the blueprints. "wow" he said to himself. He then focused his mind and using his communication magic sent a message to Isaac. "we have it, escape."

Hearing the message to Isaac, a smile crept on to Arios' face. "Escape? Sure, why not?" he asked the voice. He entered the first room on his right and with a great effort, pushed the desk out the window. "Not a lot of time, let's go," he said to Isaac. He took the feather mattress off the bed frame and jumped out the now open window. Hope this works!

Acadius was already one step ahead of Rat, before Rat's eyes two of Acadius' battle horses materialized in front of them and Acadius said "Get on!" They then rode towards the mountains.

"Hold up, I'm getting a message from Rat. He says he has the package, time to leave." Isaac openned the door beside him, and ran inside. It appeared to be some sort of chemistry lab, and most of the contents were marked with "explosive". Isaac openned the window and looked out. The moat was far bellow, but he could hear more soldiers comming up the stairs. "
"Are you crazy?" he thought to himself
"No, but this is pretty damn close" Isaac said as he grabbed his last bomb and lit the fuse. He the chucked it by the explosive material. "Time to leave with a bang" he said, and then he jumped out the window, and began to fall

Ignoring the cold biting at his fingers and toes, Rat smiles at Acadius. "thank you, you saved my life tonight, I hope the other get out safely". Rat pulls out the package and throws it at Acadius. "The blueprints look like they're for some sword"

As Isaac was falling, he looked around, as time seemed to be passing slowly. "I'm pretty high up" he though to himself as he watched the castle walls fly past him. Suddenly a massive explosion went off above his head, and the entire 3rd tower was torn to pieces. "That, was the best bomb I ever lit" he thought to himself.
